Sender and parcels
The sender address on the label, the return address, the default parcel and how weight and dimensions become one or more parcels.
The sender address is on every label. BunStack uses the default parcel when a product has no weight or dimensions. You set up both here.

- Press Prefill from workspace profile. BunStack copies name, address, email and phone from Settings › Workspace profile.
- Check the details. The address should be the warehouse you ship from.
- Press Save sender.
Every carrier reads the address from here. If anything is missing, the card shows the SENDER ADDRESS MISSING stamp, and you cannot book a label.
Warning: Carriers refuse placeholders such as 123 45 or 111 10. The go-live check Sender postal code stops them too. Enter the warehouse's real postal code.
The go-live check Sender address requires name, street, postal code, city and country. Sender postal code checks Swedish postal codes: five digits between 10000 and 98499. It does not check postal codes in other countries.
Only an admin or owner can save the sender address. An editor or viewer sees it and gets "Nothing was saved — your role may not allow editing the sender address." on an attempt.
Return address
You set the return address per storefront under Storefronts › [storefront] › Returns, the Return address card. Choose Sender address (Settings › Shipping) or Another address. See Returns.

How the items become a parcel
BunStack calculates one parcel per order:
- The weight is the sum of weight × quantity for all lines, at least 100 g.
- When every line has dimensions: the longest length, the largest width and the heights stacked.
- When a line has no dimensions: the default parcel's dimensions.
- Above Max parcel weight (g), or taller than 3 × the default height: BunStack splits the consignment into equal parcels.
The weight comes from the variant, otherwise the product, otherwise the default parcel. BunStack uses dimensions only when length, width and height are on the same level. The order saves the lines' weight and dimensions at purchase. A later change to the product affects only new orders.
Put a weight on every variant. Put dimensions on products that differ from the default parcel.
