How search matches
The search box in the storefront opens an overlay that searches as the customer types. The engine handles Swedish inflection (racket, racketar, racketen), spelling mistakes within a reasonable distance, diacritics, phrase matching and gives more weight to the title than the description. Results are grouped into exact, related and other.
Synonyms
Under Search & synonyms you add words that should mean the same thing, for example "pingis" → "bordtennis" or brand spellings. Synonyms apply to every storefront in the tenant and take effect immediately.
Statistics
The same page shows popular searches and searches without results, per storefront. Searches without results are the best list of synonyms and products that are missing.
