The onboarding checklist
The list on the dashboard that ticks itself off, and what each step requires.
The dashboard shows a checklist until the storefront is live. Each step is ticked automatically when its condition is met, so you never mark anything yourself.
| Step | Ticked when |
|---|---|
| Fill in the company profile | Legal name, address and VAT number exist |
| Add products | At least one active product with a price is visible in the storefront |
| Set up shipping | An active shipping method exists for every delivery country and the sender address is filled in |
| Connect payment | Kustom is connected and selected as checkout |
| Publish the theme | The designer has published a version |
| Legal pages | Terms, privacy policy and right of withdrawal are published without markers |
| Go live | The storefront has status live |

The checklist applies per tenant and the first storefront. New storefronts have their own go-live page.
