The onboarding checklist
The Setup row under Needs you on Home: the five steps, when they are ticked and how to hide the row.
The checklist shows five steps from a new account to a storefront that is live. BunStack ticks the steps off by itself.

The row
- The number at the start of the row is the number of steps not done.
- Next opens the first step that is not done.
- The chevron expands all five steps. Your browser keeps the choice.
- A green line along the bottom of the row shows how far you have come.
- The row stays expanded until a storefront is live. After that it starts collapsed.
The row disappears when all five steps are done. Owner and Admin can hide it with Hide at the bottom of the expanded list. It applies to everyone in the workspace. An Editor who presses Hide gets an error message.
The steps

A step that is not done has a button to the right page: Open profile, Open go-live, Open tax & VAT, Open team and Open pages. Open go-live and Open pages open the oldest storefront that is not live. See Go live.
Note: The Add your workspace identity step only checks that the fields are filled in. A placeholder such as Gatan 1 ticks the step, but the go-live check Merchant identity is red. Correct the fields under Settings › Workspace profile.
The checklist covers the whole workspace. One storefront that is live and one storefront with published legal pages are enough. Each storefront still has its own Go live page.
While the Setup row shows, Needs you does not show the No storefront is live row. The Take a storefront live step says the same thing.
