Under Storefronts › Go live BunStack runs a series of checks before the storefront can go live. The checks run on the server, so there is no way around them if something is red. Click Run again after fixing something.

The buttons

  • Go live is enabled when nothing is red. The storefront is reachable on its address within a minute.
  • Pause closes the storefront temporarily: visitors see a paused page, admin works as usual. Resume with the same button.
  • Unpublish takes the storefront back to draft.

After go-live there are Visit and Health check, which verify that the address answers, the certificate is valid and the database is reachable.

Domain

Connect your own domain under Storefronts › Domain before or after go-live. Until the domain is active the temporary address is used. See Domains and DNS.

Test before customers arrive

Make a purchase with Kustom's test data, fulfil the order in admin, print the label and check that the order confirmation and the shipping email arrive. Then switch Kustom to live mode and make a real purchase for a small amount that you refund.
