|---|---|
| Settings › Workspace profile › Support email | If the field is filled in |
| The sender email under Settings › Shipping | If the support email is missing |

Email new orders
- Open Settings › Notifications.
- Tick Email new orders.
The choice saves when you tick it. It requires the Admin or Owner role. The same address then gets one email per new order, return and withdrawal. The email about a return or withdrawal has the date by which you must refund. See Returns.
In the Alerts table the rows New orders, Return requests, Complaints and Withdrawals for earlier orders get a tick in the Email column.
Settings that are not used yet
The Preferences (saved, not applied yet) row at the bottom of the card has switches per event and channel, Weekly digest and the Digest email (optional) field. Save preferences saves them. Nothing reads them yet. Every event reaches the bell, and BunStack sends no digest.
