Fulfilment, labels and partial delivery

#Mark as shipped

Open the order and click Fulfil. The dialog shows the lines with quantities to ship. The booking is made with the provider of the order's shipping method (Sendify, PostNord) or marked as manual if the method is a fixed price without a carrier. The label opens in a new tab and is saved on the order.

With capture at fulfilment the money for what is shipped is taken.

#Partial delivery

Ship only some lines or a smaller quantity. The rest remains unshipped and can be fulfilled later with a new booking and a new label. The customer gets one email per shipment.

#Extra shipment

If you need to send a replacement parcel without touching the order's lines: Create additional shipment on the order books a new shipment to the same address.

#Labels

The label is created in the format chosen on the integration. Print label prints again, and for Sendify you can choose another format afterwards. Shipments and their status, carrier, product and cost are listed on the order.

#Tracking

The tracking number and link are saved on the order and sent in the email. Refresh tracking fetches the status immediately without waiting for the next automatic sweep.
