ProSmart

ProSmart is an ERP system.

BunStack does three things with ProSmart:

1. Reads stock and weight per SKU.
2. Sends orders with customer, prices and discount.
3. Registers the delivery, if you choose so.

BunStack creates no customers and no articles in ProSmart. The variant's SKU in BunStack must be the article number in ProSmart.

#Stock sync

The stock sync writes ProSmart's available quantity to the stock in BunStack. It subtracts units on paid orders that have not been sent to ProSmart yet. See Stock sync.

#Customer per country

Each recipient country can have a customer of its own in ProSmart. Orders to other countries are booked on the default customer. See Customer number per country.

#What the order includes

The order includes the customer as delivery recipient, prices excluding VAT, the discount per line and a freight line. See What the order includes.

#Lines that cannot be sent

BunStack does not send a line without a SKU, or with a SKU that is not an article in ProSmart. The order stays flagged until the lines are sent. See Lines that cannot be sent.

#Crediting

BunStack does not credit ProSmart automatically. A refund, a cancellation or a return flags the order with the amount to credit. See Crediting and delivery.

#Notifications

The first three notifications send no email. The ProSmart flags do not block shipping. You can ship the order in the admin and through the API.
