ProSmart

Under Integrations › ProSmart you enter the credentials from ProSmart and test the connection.

#Customers

When an order is created, BunStack looks the customer up in ProSmart by email and registration number. If the customer exists, the customer number is used; otherwise the customer is created. If ProSmart returns a duplicate warning it is shown in the dialog on the order with the option to allow the duplicate deliberately.

#Orders

With Push on fulfil the order is sent to ProSmart when it is marked as shipped. The time of the latest sync is shown on the integration and on the order. Failed syncs are logged and can be re-run.

Open questions about field mapping are documented in the developer documentation until the pilot customer has answered.
