Customers, customer cards and notes

Customers lists everyone who has bought or registered. Customers are created automatically at purchase (on the email address) and merged when the same address returns.

#The customer card

• Contact details and addresses from the orders.
• Order history with status and amount, clickable to each order.
• Notes: internal log with time and user, for calls, agreements and exceptions. Never visible to the customer.
• Privacy (GDPR): export as JSON and deletion with anonymisation. See Cookies, consent and personal data.
• Access groups when the members module is used.

#The customer's own pages

The customer sees their order via the link in the email, or via Track your order in the storefront with order number and email. Customer accounts with login are not enabled in this version.
