Reviews
Who can review, how you approve or reject reviews and where they show in the storefront.
Customers who have bought can review products. Here you check the reviews before they show.
Where: Reviews in the sidebar.
Moderate
New reviews go to Pending. No review shows in the storefront until you approve it.
- Open Reviews.
- Read the review under Pending.
- Press Approve to show it, or Reject to hide it.
The review moves to the Approved or Rejected tab. There you can change your mind: you can reject an approved review, and the other way round. You cannot edit the text, reply or delete the review.

Each row shows the rating, the title, the date, the product and the text. A tab shows the 100 newest. If there are more, the tab shows "Showing 100 of N".
The number by Reviews in the sidebar counts reviews that are waiting. The bell at the top right gets the notification REVIEW when a review comes in. BunStack sends no email.
Who can review
The storefront shows these texts in Swedish when its language is Swedish, otherwise in English. The English text is quoted here.
The form "Write a review" is under the reviews on the product page. The customer fills in:
- a rating, 1–5 stars (default 5),
- "Email from your order",
- "Title (optional)",
- "Your review".
BunStack accepts the review only if the email address is among the workspace's customers. An order creates the customer. A newsletter signup does too, without an order. The storefront must be live and the product active. After sending, the form shows "Thanks. Your review shows once it has been checked."
What the customer sees
- Approved reviews show on the product page in the storefront where they were written, newest first, at most 50.
- Each review shows the rating, title, name and date. The name is the first name from the order, otherwise "Verified buyer". The email address never shows.
- The heading "Reviews" shows the average rating and the count.
- The product page and the product cards show stars and a count when the product has approved reviews.
Limits
- A customer can send at most 5 reviews per minute.
- The title is optional. Rating and text are required.
Errors in the storefront

Roles
Editor, Admin and Owner approve and reject. Viewer sees the list.
