Sign-in and password
Sign in to the admin, reset a forgotten password, change the password and sign out of every device.
Where: bunstack.co/login. Password and sessions: Your account in the avatar menu.
Sign in
- Open bunstack.co/login.
- Fill in Work email and Password.
- Press Sign in →.
The admin opens Home in your workspace. If the session ran out while you were on a page in the admin, you come back to that page. You stay signed in for 30 days on the device.
If you belong to several workspaces you switch in the avatar menu. See Account, workspace and company profile.
Messages at sign-in
| Message | Cause | What to do |

| That email and password don’t match. | Wrong email address or password | Check the spelling. Reset the password if you are not sure |
| Confirm your email first. | You have not opened the link in the confirmation email | Press Send a new confirmation link and open the link in the new email |
| Too many attempts. | Too many attempts in a short time | Wait a minute and try again |
| We couldn’t reach BunStack. | The browser did not reach the server | Check the connection and try again |
| We couldn’t load your workspace. | You are signed in, but the session has no workspace | Press Sign out & try again. If it persists: email support@bunstack.co |
If the account has no workspace at all, the sign-in page leads to bunstack.co/signup.
Reset a forgotten password
- Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Fill in Work email and press Send reset link →.
- Open the link in the email. The link is valid for one hour and works once.
- Fill in New password and Confirm password. The password must have at least 8 characters.
- Press Update password →.
The reset page shows Password updated and leads to the sign-in page after 2 seconds. Sign in with the new password.
Send reset link → gives the same answer when the address has no account. If no email arrives: check the spam folder or press send another. If the reset page says Verifying your reset link… and the form does not appear, the link has expired. Press Request a new one →.

Change the password
- Open Your account in the avatar menu.
- Fill in New password under Password. The password must have at least 8 characters.
- Press Update password.
BunStack signs out your other sessions. This device stays signed in. You cannot change the email address on Your account.
Sign out

Warning: If someone has your password, signing out is not enough. Change the password first and then press Sign out everywhere.
