Hidden during the pilot
The features exist in the code, but the admin and the storefront do not show them.
| Feature | What it would do |
|---|---|
| Customer accounts in the storefront | Sign-in for customers and order history. Customers find their order with the order number and email on /orders |
| Loyalty programme | Points per purchase and redemption against discount codes |
| Members | Member tiers and perks |
| Events | Events with sign-up and a waiting list |
| Forum | Threads and replies with moderation |
| Point of Sale | A till in the admin for sales in a physical shop |
| Copilot | An AI assistant in the admin |
| Billing | Subscriptions and invoices from BunStack. To change the plan, email support@bunstack.co |
| Translated storefront content and a language per visitor | Products and pages in several languages, and a language switcher in the storefront. A storefront has one language, Swedish or English. It is changed under Overview › Language |
| Bookkeeping | Export to Fortnox and Visma |
| Other payment methods | Klarna, Stripe and Swish as their own checkouts. Kustom is the only checkout |
| BankID | Sign-in and verification with BankID |
Not built
| Feature | Today |
|---|---|
| Crediting in ProSmart | BunStack does not credit ProSmart. A refunded order that is already in ProSmart gets the notification Credit in ProSmart. Credit it in ProSmart by hand |
| Return labels through the carrier's API | Sendify cannot book returns. Book the return label in Sendify's web app and upload it on the return |
| Tracking with your own PostNord agreement | BunStack does not fetch tracking status from PostNord. The order gets no delivery time and the customer no delivery email |
| Email when the parcel is delivered | The customer gets an email when the order ships, not when it is delivered |
| Customer import | The admin imports products only. See Move from WooCommerce |
Saved but not applied
| Setting | Where |
|---|---|
| Required two-factor sign-in, PIN, sign-out window, IP list and Activity log digest | Settings › Security. See Data, security and backups |
| Switches per notification and channel, and Weekly digest | Settings › Notifications › Preferences (saved, not applied yet). See Notifications |
| The trial's end date | Saved when the account is created. Nothing closes when the date passes |
Module catalogue
Module catalogue under More shows the modules. At the top it says Nothing here is charged yet.
| Card | Content |
|---|---|
| Included | Reviews and Returns portal. Both are always on. Open reviews → and Open returns portal → open the pages where the modules are used |
| Planned | B2B Pro, PIM / Media, Invoicing, Subscription boxes, Gift cards, Quote builder and Marketplace seller. Not built, no price |
The Planned card also says that private storefronts for members exist: Customers › Access groups. See Access groups and private storefronts.
Integrations that are not built
On Stack, planned integrations are dashed on their branch. Open the branch and the Planned card lists them: Bring, Budbee, Instabox, DHL and DB Schenker under Shipping, Klaviyo and Google / Meta Ads under Marketing. Details describes what the connection would do. It takes no credentials and moves no data. See Integrations: overview.
