Getting started
From account to first order
The parts of BunStack and the order in which you set up a storefront, from account to go-live and the first purchase.
Where: admin on bunstack.co. The first page after you sign in is Home.
The parts

Set up the storefront step by step
- Create the account and the workspace at bunstack.co/signup. See Account, workspace and company profile.
- Fill in Settings › Workspace profile: legal name, registration number, address and support email.
- Fill in the VAT registration number under Settings › Tax & VAT.
- Add products with price, weight, dimensions and tax category. See Products.
- Connect Kustom under Stack › Kustom. See Kustom.
- Add shipping methods and the sender address under Settings › Shipping. See Shipping.
- Design the storefront and publish the theme. See Your first storefront.
- Replace the
[FYLL I: …]markers in the legal pages and publish the pages. - Run the checks under Storefronts › [storefront] › Go live and press Go live. See Go live.
- Make a real purchase for a small amount and refund it.
After step 10 you have seen the whole flow: order, email, label and refund.
Note: Weight and dimensions set the shipping price in the checkout. A product without a weight gets the default parcel's weight from Settings › Shipping.

Have this to hand
- Registration number, VAT registration number and the company address.
- An agreement with Kustom and the credentials for Kustom's API.
- An agreement with Sendify or PostNord and the API key.
- Access to DNS for the domain, if the storefront gets its own domain. A custom domain needs the Starter plan.
- Product data. With many items: a CSV file. See Import products from CSV.
