Storefronts
Modules
Turn a storefront's modules on and off under All modules.
A module belongs to one storefront. Turning it on in one storefront changes nothing in the others.
Where: Storefronts › [storefront] › All modules.
Turn a module on or off
- Open Storefronts › [storefront] › All modules.
- Turn the switch on the module's row on or off.
A module that is on gets a row under Modules in the storefront's list. Set up → on the row opens the tab, even when the module is off. The Customers card with Sells to consumers is there too.
Off hides the module. Nothing is deleted.
Only Owner and Admin turn a module on or off. Anyone else gets only an admin turns a module on or off.
| Module | What it does | Before you can turn it on |
|---|---|---|
| Self-returns | The customer starts a return from their order page. See Returns | A return address if the customer sends the parcel. Without one the row shows Add a return address first → |
| Gated Access | Only people on your list can enter the storefront. See Access groups and private storefronts | A linked access group. Without one the row shows Link a group first → |
On a live storefront the admin asks once more before Gated Access changes.
Orders › Returns is always there. The withdrawal function and complaints stay when Self-returns is off. See Right of withdrawal and Ångra köp.
New storefronts and copies
A new storefront has every module off. A copy has the same modules on as the original.
A storefront for a club
Gated Access closes the whole storefront. Part of a storefront cannot be closed.
- Create a copy of the storefront. See Create and manage storefronts.
- Link the club's access group in the copy.
- Turn on Gated Access in the copy.
