Bundles

Sell several products as one product at its own price. Stock, weight and VAT come from the parts.

A bundle is a product made of other products. It has its own price, images and text.

Where: Products › New product, then the Bundle contents, Price and Stock cards on the product.

Create a bundle

  1. Open Products and press New product.
  2. Choose Bundle under Type.
  3. Fill in Title.
  4. Press Create bundle.

The bundle opens as a draft.

Add parts

  1. Press Add products in the Bundle contents card.
  2. Find the product and press + once per item.
  3. Press Add 1 part or Add 2 parts.

A product with several variants gets one row per item. A product with one variant gets one row with a quantity. A bundle has at most 20 rows, and a row has a quantity of 1 to 99. Services and other bundles can't be added.

Choose the variant

  1. Press the choice on the row, for example Shopper chooses · 4 of 6.
  2. Choose Fixed variant and pick one under Variant, or choose Shopper chooses and tick the variants the customer can choose from.
  3. Fill in Label if the row needs a name, for example "Forehand". At most 80 characters.

Set the price

  1. Type the price under Bundle price in the Price card, or press −10 %, −15 % or −20 % at Set from sum.

Sum of parts counts the cheapest choice on each row. The price stays when a part changes price. The product page shows, for example, "Styckpris 1 496 kr. Du sparar 297 kr."

Stock

The Stock card shows how many can be sold and which part limits it. Change the stock on the parts. A bundle is not listed under Products › Inventory.

SKU in the card is optional. It is not sent to ProSmart.

Sell the bundle

  1. Set the bundle to active.
  2. Add it to the shop, see Products in the storefronts.

The parts don't have to be in the shop. When a part is sold out, the bundle shows as out of stock.

Refund

  1. Press Refund on the order and choose Lines.
  2. Tick [bundle], whole bundle, or just one part.
  3. Choose Return to stock on each part that comes back.

A part refunds its share of the bundle's price.

Not included

Add-ons on a bundle, a bundle at the till under POS and a bundle in a manual order are not available.
